Roumel Law PLLC was founded by Katerina Roumeliotis, Esq., an accomplished corporate attorney with extensive experience advising businesses across commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and general counsel matters.

Katerina’s approach is shaped by her dual experience within corporations and legal teams serving dynamic, growth-focused businesses. Having worked closely with executive leadership across industries—including private equity, real estate, and retail & consumer products—she brings a deep understanding of the operational and strategic challenges companies navigate daily.

Unlike traditional outside counsel operating at a distance, Katerina has been embedded within business environments, collaborating directly with management to align legal strategy with commercial priorities. This perspective informs a practice that is pragmatic, efficient, and grounded in business reality.

Prior to founding Roumel Law , Katerina served on legal teams at Starwood Capital Group, The Chefs’ Warehouse (Nasdaq: CHEF), and Capitol Hill Group. Her experience includes advising on complex transactions, overseeing real estate portfolios, supporting executive teams on governance matters, and executing multi-million-dollar corporate deals.
